Warranty

Autoriccio offers a 90 days warranty for the installation and inspection of auto parts, starting from the date of receipt of the order by the customer. 

The Autoriccio parts warranty is valid for 3 months (90 days) and only applies if the installation is carried out by an authorised service workshop. It is recommended to keep the installation receipt for any service requests that may arise during the warranty period.

 

Returns

 

Return of goods

The customer can return the ordered goods for a refund or exchange within 90 days (90-day return period) from the date of receipt of the order.

Procedure for returning car parts:

  • When making a return, please provide your contact details, phone number, email and order number;
  • We will review your request for warranty compliance within 1 working day and inform you about the result by phone or e-mail;
  • You will be notified of the return shipping address by your manager when you submit your return request;
  • Once we have received the returned goods we check for labels and damage;
  • We check the certificate of the technical station for the defective part on which the car was repaired;
  • If the part requires a special check on suitable equipment, we send it for inspection (starters, alternators, injectors, high-pressure pumps);
  • If the case is under warranty, we will replace the part free of charge or refund the money to the buyer within 5-10 working days;
  • In case of returning the purchased product, the company will not reimburse the customer for installation and shipping costs. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

 

Formation of return invoices

Provide all the necessary data for the processing of the return:

  1. Order details: order number, date of purchase and product description.
  2. Reason for return: state why you want to return the product.
  3. Condition of the product: state whether the product has been opened, used or is in its original packaging.
  4. Your bank details for the refund of the order amount.

Refund timeframe

Once you have received your return request, the time taken to process the return may vary:

  • Processing a refund request 1 working day;
  • Reviewing the refund request 3 to 5 working days;
  • Refund: Once your refund is approved, the refund is processed in 5 to 10 business days.

Method of Refund

Refunds are usually made via bank transfer, for refunds you will need to provide your bank details when making the refund or alternatively contact the conductor on the number on the contact page.
